What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Interface with clients on technical and business issues throughout project lifecycles
• Drive program and project schedules, consolidating status updates and ensuring accountability across teams
• Create and/or review functional specifications to guide implementation decisions
• Provide technical and analytical insights to support strategic planning for Product Managers and Unit Managers
• Organize and lead cross-functional activities to ensure successful project completion on time and within budget

What is Required (Qualifications)

• 5–7 years of program or project management experience in industrial or critical environments
• Strong understanding of Industrial Control Systems (ICS), including PLCs, SCADA, DCS, and HMI technologies
• Familiarity with OT cybersecurity principles, frameworks (e.g., NIST, IEC 62443), and risk mitigation strategies
• Experience interpreting and developing functional specifications and technical documentation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience working with global teams and vendors in a matrixed environment
• Engineering, cybersecurity, or industrial automation background
• Certifications such as PMP, CISSP, GICSP, or equivalent
