What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Interface with clients on technical and business issues throughout project lifecycles
- Drive program and project schedules, consolidating status updates and ensuring accountability across teams
- Create and/or review functional specifications to guide implementation decisions
- Provide technical and analytical insights to support strategic planning for Product Managers and Unit Managers
- Organize and lead cross-functional activities to ensure successful project completion on time and within budget
What is Required (Qualifications)
- 5–7 years of program or project management experience in industrial or critical environments
- Strong understanding of Industrial Control Systems (ICS), including PLCs, SCADA, DCS, and HMI technologies
- Familiarity with OT cybersecurity principles, frameworks (e.g., NIST, IEC 62443), and risk mitigation strategies
- Experience interpreting and developing functional specifications and technical documentation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience working with global teams and vendors in a matrixed environment
- Engineering, cybersecurity, or industrial automation background
- Certifications such as PMP, CISSP, GICSP, or equivalent
