The role combines technical project management, industrial controls expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to work on cutting-edge, global programs with long-term impact.

Top Required Skills (Must Haves)
  1. Industrial Controls Experience (5–7 years): Hands-on experience with PLCs, SCADA, DCS, HMI, or other control systems within industrial or critical environments.
  2. Project Management Expertise: Strong background in program and project management, including scheduling, reporting, and documentation. PMP certification is desirable.
  3. OT Cybersecurity Knowledge: Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (such as NIST or IEC 62443) and risk mitigation strategies for operational technology.
  4. Global Team Coordination: Experience managing distributed teams, stakeholders, and vendors across multiple time zones.
Opportunity Overview

This role offers the chance to work on global, long-term projects that combine industrial engineering and OT cybersecurity. Youll contribute to multi-year initiatives like credential management, automation, and inventory management—while collaborating with managers, engineers, and stakeholders across the globe. The role offers exposure to both technical and business aspects of ICS and OT cybersecurity, providing a blend of project management and technical leadership.

How you will make an impact
  • Lead and manage the successful implementation of global ICS and OT cybersecurity programs.
  • Interface with clients on both technical and business issues from project initiation through delivery.
  • Drive program and project schedules, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Create and/or review functional specifications to guide technical implementation.
  • Provide analytical and technical insights to Product Managers and business leaders.
  • Organize and lead cross-functional activities to ensure timely, budget-conscious project completion.
  • Act as a vendor liaison to support site-level implementation of global ICS initiatives.
  • Support ICS Inventory Management and hardware password automation deployments.
  • Ensure alignment with global OT cybersecurity standards and practices.

  • Engineering, cybersecurity, or industrial automation background; PMP, CISSP, GICSP, or similar certifications.
What makes a candidate highly successful

Strong candidates bring a combination of engineering or cybersecurity experience, demonstrated project management expertise, and proven success working on global teams. They thrive in fast-paced environments, manage complex initiatives with precision, and build accountability across distributed teams. Candidates without industrial controls experience or adaptability to dynamic business needs may not succeed in this role.
