Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking an ICQA Specialist to perform cycle counts, verify product locations, and update inventory records in a perishable warehouse environment.

The role includes auditing inbound receiving, researching variances, and coordinating handling of obsolete inventory. 2–5 years of related experience and a HS diploma or GED are required; shift is 2nd (11pm–7:30am).

Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse and inventory management systems and software.
• Minimum 2–5 years related experience and/or training.
• General Equivalency Diploma or High School Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate cycle count of inventory locations using the appropriate tools in the warehouse and make system updates as required.
• Research and process problem pallets and unlocated inventory; log errors per supervisor instructions.
• Validate dating of product in the warehouse and update as required.
• Daily audit of inbound receiving; identify root cause variances and report to Operations.
• Respond to buyer requests for item checks and internal code-to-code transfers in the warehouse.
• Coordinate handling of obsolete and at-risk inventory (vendor returns, donations, recalls).
• Research and resolve inventory variances.
• Other duties as assigned.
