Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking an ICQA Specialist to perform cycle counts, verify product locations, and update inventory records in our perishable warehouse environment. You will audit inbound receiving, investigate variances, and support vendor returns and recalls as required.

The role requires 2–5 years related experience, a GED or high school diploma, and familiarity with warehouse management systems. This is a 2nd shift position with an 11pm–7:30am schedule in the United States.

Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse and inventory management software preferred.
• Familiarity with cycle counting procedures and inventory accuracy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate cycle counts of inventory locations using appropriate tools.
• Research and process problem pallets and unlocated inventory.
• Log and report errors, variances, and root causes to Operations partners.
• Validate dating of products in the warehouse and update records as needed.
• Conduct daily inbound receiving audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Assist with coordinating handling of obsolete or at-risk inventory.
