Job summary

Midway Staffing in Union City, GA seeks an Operations ICQA Associate to support warehouse inventory control and quality assurance in a fast-paced distribution environment. The role requires forklift experience, RF scanning, and using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to maintain accuracy, safety, and organized inventory while collaborating with the team.

This position operates under a Sunday-Wednesday shift, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with a pay rate of $17.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred or ability to meet site certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform inventory counting, cycle counts, and audits to ensure accuracy.
• Research and investigate inventory discrepancies and report findings to management.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, locate, and organize inventory safely.
• Use RF scanners and a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory and update records.
• Inspect products and inventory for damage, labeling errors, and quality issues.
• Verify product quantities, locations, and identification information.
• Assist with receiving, picking, replenishment, staging, and other warehouse operations as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and complete required documentation.
• Follow established procedures for inventory control, product handling, and quality assurance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow safety requirements.
• Communicate inventory issues and equipment concerns to the supervisor.

Operations ICQA Associate

Midway Staffing is currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Operations ICQA Associate to support warehouse inventory control and quality assurance operations in Union City, GA. The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, forklift operating skills, and the ability to maintain inventory accuracy, product quality, and safety standards in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Location: Union City, GA
Schedule: Sunday to Wednesday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $17.00/hr

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Previous forklift operating experience required.
• Valid forklift certification preferred or ability to meet site certification requirements.
• Experience with RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.
• Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to successfully complete the required simple math test.
• Basic computer skills, including data entry and inventory documentation.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse products as required.
• Ability to work in warehouse environments that may not be climate controlled and may have fluctuating temperatures.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
