This full-time position emphasizes staff coordination, training, and adherence to safety and quality standards, with a focus on delivering reliable merchandise receiving and processing for Macy's distribution network.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to ensure clear instructions and teamwork.
• Ability to conduct operational training sessions and cross-train colleagues.
• Organizational skills to coordinate daily operations and maintain cleanliness and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily meetings to discuss priorities and shifts, ensuring smooth transitions.
• Provide direction to colleagues in the ARO Office to meet service, accuracy, and productivity standards.
• Ensure KPIs related to merchandise movement and service levels are achieved.
• Train and cross-train staff, participate in onboarding and orientation with trainers.
• Maintain a safe, organized workplace and communicate openly with the team.
