Job summary

ShipBob is seeking an Inventory Control & ICQA role at our fulfillment centers to monitor client inventory and keep operations on track. You’ll perform cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and communicate updates to the ICQA Lead and MC team to ensure orders can be fulfilled.

You’ll need accuracy, problem-solving, and clear communication as you maintain product safety and quality while adhering to SOPs. This role offers shifts including 1st and night, with overtime eligibility and benefits.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates ability to adapt to changing conditions and solve problems quickly.
• Ability to determine inventory discrepancies and reconcile variances.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate inventory discrepancies reported by the Operations team.
• Perform physical inventory cycle counts and reconcile variances.
• Communicate updates to ICQA Lead and MC team regarding orders impacted by inventory.
• Resolve merchant-facing requests related to inventory issues.
• Ensure variances are researched and resolved to support outbound fulfillment.
• Follow SOPs to maintain product safety, quality and traceability.
