Job summary

Stord is seeking an Inventory Control/QA associate to maintain inventory accuracy and support QA processes in a high-volume distribution center. You will investigate discrepancies, ensure bin accuracy, and input data into our Order Management System.

Responsibilities include operating warehouse equipment, staging materials, counting products, and maintaining documentation in the Warehouse Management System.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience with order management or inventory systems in a high-volume facility.

Position Description

Inventory Control/QA associate with strong communication and organization skills who likes to deal with people on a daily basis. Must be flexible with the ability to work overtime as needed.

Supports the execution of all processes and procedures related to inventory accuracy. Performs warehouse bin accuracy and maintains inventory shrink. Utilizes Order Management System and various types of material handling equipment.

What You’ll Need

• Minimum of two years’ experience working with Order management system / inventory systems in a high volume facility.
• Possesses basic clerical and data entry skills.
• Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
• Able to interact effectively with all levels of management.
• Able to transport up to 20 lbs. Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Able to build solid, effective working relationships with others.
• Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.
• Able to effectively use relevant material handling equipment (i.e forklifts).
• Able to express ideas clearly and convey necessary information.
• High School/G.E.D.
• Able to work in a Distribution center environment which includes exposure to work at varying heights; varying temperatures; moderate and consistent noise levels.
• Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.
