Additional Information About the Role

• Up to a $2300 Sign on Bonus
• ICPR = Intensive Community-Based Psychiatric Rehabilitation
• Requires traveling throughout the St. Louis city and county to meet with clients in their homes to provide crisis-based therapy services, family therapy, and behavioral interventions for families, youth, and young adults
• This is a FT day shift position but requires flexibility to meet with clients after typical work hours and occasionally on weekends
• Services provided during daytime hours with a standard on-call system in place
• Team and supervisor provide coverage when employee is on PTO
• Maximum case load of five to six clients
• Each client is seen a minimum of three times per week
• A typical day includes three to four therapy sessions, coordination with the case management team, and session note writing
• MUST be Fully or Provisionally licensed in MO
• FT position – Fully benefits-eligible role

Overview

BJC Behavioral Health is a community health center providing behavioral health services for over 8,000 seriously mentally ill adults and seriously emotionally disturbed children in the St. Louis area. As an Administrative Agent of the Missouri Department of Mental Health, BJC serves as a major entry point for mental health services funded by DMH.
