Job summary

Baker Tilly seeks an Assurance Growth Principal for Industrial & Consumer Products to accelerate new client acquisition and revenue growth in Southern California. You will leverage an established industry platform, relationships, and the firm’s capabilities to deliver integrated solutions to middle-market clients.

You will engage with CFOs, controllers, and private equity sponsors, driving market presence and shaping the ICP practice's growth strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required; master's or advanced degree desirable.
• CPA is required.
• Significant experience (15+ years) in public accounting or professional services focusing on Industrial & Consumer Products.

Responsibilities

• Drive new client acquisition for Baker Tilly's ICP Assurance practice in Southern California.
• Develop and execute a targeted go-to-market strategy with priority companies and centers of influence.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline; lead pursuits from relationship development to close.
• Collaborate with tax, advisory, consulting, technology, risk, and other capabilities to bring integrated solutions.
• Mentor and lead professionals; contribute to industry practice strategy and growth.
