Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
• CPA certification is required; a master's or advanced degree is desirable.
• Significant experience (15+ years) originated and won new relationships and generated revenue.
• Comfort engaging with CFOs, board members, PE sponsors and other senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Drive new client acquisition for the Industrial & Consumer Products Assurance practice in Southern California.
• Develop and execute a targeted go-to-market strategy and maintain a robust pipeline.
• Lead pursuits from initial relationship development through proposal, negotiation and close.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to bring integrated solutions across services.
