Job summary

The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, Murdoch Developmental Center, seeks a Social Worker (S) for Royall Cottage to provide comprehensive social work services and family support. Duties include psychosocial evaluations and EHR documentation, working within an interdisciplinary team.

The role requires a MSW or BSW with at least one year of related experience, good standing with the NC Health Care Personnel Registry, and a 8:00 am–5:00 pm, Monday–Friday schedule at a state

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work (MSW) or Bachelor's degree in social work (BSW) with at least 1 year of related experience.
• Must meet the ICF/IID requirement.
• Applicants must be in good standing with the NC Health Care Personnel Registry.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct social work services to Royall Cottage clients and families.
• Complete psychosocial evaluations and document client progress in the EHR.
• Assist with duties related to division needs as assigned by the Division Director.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team and other service providers.
