Mercier Consultancy is hiring an Icelandic-speaking Customer Service Agent to support customers of a television streaming service. The position is based in Greece with relocation available and requires handling inquiries via phone, email, and online chat. Full training is provided to get you up to speed.

You must be fluent in Icelandic (C1/C2) and highly proficient in English, and hold a valid EU passport. A relocation package is offered for eligible candidates.

Requirements
