Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• STAR Certified Ice Technician (CIT) and Safe Ice Resurfacer Operation (SIRO) course completion preferred.
• CPR/AED and First Aid Certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees facility operations and equipment management.
• Operates ice resurfacer machines and conducts basic ice maintenance.
• Performs skate sharpening and ensures safety and cleanliness across the arena.
• Maintains ice surfaces and runs related ice plant controls as scheduled.
• Communicates environmental or HVAC adjustments to technicians when needed.
• Remains available to interact with guests and respond to emergencies during events.
