Job summary

Park City Municipal Corporation in Park City, UT is seeking ice skating instructors for part-time, variable hours to provide instruction and supervision for Skating Academy classes and programs.

The role involves developing or following lesson plans, communicating student progress to participants and parents, and assisting with equipment and facility setup and cleanup. Certification maintenance and program promotion are also expected.

• Proficient ice skater with abilities that exceed the level of instruction provided.
• Knowledge and experience in ice skating.
• Ability to maintain Learn to Skate USA certification.

Minimum Qualifications

• Proficient ice skater with abilities that exceed the level of instruction provided.
• Knowledge and experience in ice skating.
• Ability to maintain Learn to Skate USA certification.

Preferred Qualifications

• US Figure Skating training and certifications

Working Conditions

• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and be able to assist skaters who have fallen on the ice.
