Job summary

Pierce County Parks and Recreation is seeking Ice Skate Attendants for the seasonal period from late November through early January. These temporary, on-site roles offer 20–25 hours per week with varied shifts. You will ensure a safe, clean, family-friendly ice rink environment, assist patrons, issue skates, and handle routine reports.

Applicants must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, skate for long periods, and operate in cool settings. Background checks are required prior to employment.

We have multiple Ice Skate Attendant positions available!


  • These temporary positions will work from the end of November through the first week of January

  • Positions will work between 20-25 hours per week, and shifts are varied



  • These seasonal positions are not eligible for County benefits

Core Daily Responsibilities:
