Job summary

Babson College is seeking a Rink Operator to ensure proper ice conditions and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities include operating the Zamboni and performing various maintenance tasks at the skating facility.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma and have skills in vehicle maintenance and ice resurfacing. This role may require early morning and late evening shifts, with a starting pay of $20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to work early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
• Previous experience operating an ice edger is preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (75 lbs and over).

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate the Zamboni for ice maintenance.
• Evaluate and report ice conditions and equipment.
• Perform customer service tasks, including pro shop sales.
