Job summary

LEGENDS GLOBAL is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support daily ice rink operations, staff supervision, event coordination, and equipment oversight. This role ensures safety, cleanliness, and compliance while coordinating with vendors and contractors.

You will serve as a key leader during shifts, assist with hiring, onboarding, and training, and manage shift schedules and payroll accuracy. Flexible hours and on-call responsibilities may apply.

Qualifications

• 3+ years ice rink facility experience.
• High school diploma/GED required; valid driver license.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification preferred or ability to obtain within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily rink operations including public skating, hockey, and events.
• Oversee ice plant schedules and maintenance coordination.
• Supervise front-line staff; assist with hiring, onboarding, and training.
• Prepare shift schedules and manage payroll accuracy.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
