Strong customer service and youth program experience are important, along with the ability to lift and move materials over 50 lbs. The position emphasizes teamwork, safety, and clear communication with supervisors and participants.

• Knowledge of program operations and customer relations.
• Excellent planning, organizing, implementation and communication.
• Work experiences with youth programs and customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Direct play and other activities at the recreational facility.
• Provide information to customers.
• Assist in light maintenance of ice-skating rinks and grounds.
• Clean and make minor repairs to recreational equipment and facilities.
• Work cooperatively with supervisors and co-workers.
• Ensure safety precautions are taken in all activities; follow emergency procedures when needed.
• Communicate needs and requests to supervisors (including participants or parents).
