The Collective Snowmass, operated by East West Hospitality, seeks friendly Ice Rink Attendants for the winter season in Snowmass Village, CO. You will assist guests with skate rentals, supervise rink activities, and help with daily operations in an outdoor mountain setting.

Ideal candidates are reliable, customer-focused, and capable of working in cold outdoor conditions. Shifts are 12:30 PM–9:30 PM, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; start date 12/08/2026 or when ready.

About the Role

The Collective Snowmass, located in beautiful Snowmass Village, Colorado, is seeking friendly, energetic, and enthusiastic Ice Rink Attendants to join our team for the winter season! In this role, you will help create a fun, welcoming, and safe environment where guests can enjoy ice skating and memorable winter experiences.

As part of The Collective team, you will assist guests with skate rentals, oversee ice rink activities, maintain equipment, and support daily operations and special events. The ideal candidate is outgoing, dependable, and enjoys working outdoors while delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic mountain environment.

• Job Location: The Collective Ice Rink & Skate Trailer- Snowmass Village, CO
• Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
• Schedule: 12:30 PM-9:30 PM shifts; evenings, weekends, and holidays required. Minimum two shifts per week.
• Employment Status: Full-Time & Part-Time, Seasonal Positions Available
• Start Date: 12/08/2026 or when the ice rink is ready for operations

What You'll Do

• Create a fun and welcoming atmosphere by greeting every guest with a smile and providing friendly, attentive customer service.
• Assist guests with skate rentals, including proper skate selection, fitting, distribution, and returns to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable skating experience.
• Monitor ice rink activities, communicate rink rules, and enforce safety guidelines to maintain a safe environment for all guests.
• Process skate rentals and other transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by regularly cleaning and sanitizing rental skates, equipment, and surrounding areas.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of the ice rink and rental areas to support safe and efficient daily operations.
• Assist with snow removal from the ice rink, surrounding pathways, stairs, and plaza furniture to maintain safe access for guests.
• Organize, monitor, and maintain skate inventory to ensure equipment is properly stored and available for guest use.
• Support special events and collaborate with team members and supervisors to deliver memorable guest experiences.
• Adapt to changing activity levels, weather conditions, and operational needs while maintaining a positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude.

About You

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with a friendly, outgoing, and personable attitude.
• Ability to remain positive, professional, and attentive in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
• Comfortable working outdoors in winter weather conditions, including cold temperatures and snow.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with others.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable interacting with guests of all ages.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform occasional sitting, walking, stooping, reaching, and handling tasks.
• Ability to lift and carry up to approximately 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Availability to work scheduled afternoon and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
