Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer-service oriented technical role or equivalent education/experience
• Ice machines or HVAC maintenance experience is a plus
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical components related to ice machines
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and clean ice machines per Easy Ice SOP.
• Perform preventative maintenance and diagnose issues.
• Document service visits with required photos, forms, and logs.
• Maintain truck stock and vehicle cleanliness; ensure proper organization.
• Ensure safe, efficient service and accurate billing through clear communication.
