Job Purpose

Are you a data-oriented professional capable of connecting insights to drive growth? In this role, you will represent the voice of the consumer, translating data into actionable insights and compelling stories to promote growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support initiatives and ad-hoc needs: Assess influences on our category, including macrotrends and economic factors; perform landscape and competitor analysis; identify opportunities and issues; spot trends; conduct custom research; utilize past learnings; implement best practices.
2. Insight Generation and Support: Uncover growth opportunities from POS and panel data; coordinate with data partners; develop innovation tracking programs.
3. Additional Responsibilities: Communicate insights clearly; analyze market data; collaborate on reporting and data validation; assist with analytic tools rollout; manage budgets and resources.

Qualifications & Skills

• 3-5 years of insights & analytics experience
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (Advanced), and analytic tools
• Experience with POS and Panel Data (Circana, Numerator, NIQ)
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Experience in CPG is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $86,080 to $129,120. Bonus and Long-Term Incentives available. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, parental leave, paid holidays, and voluntary benefits.
