Oberweis Dairy is hiring a Store Manager for our ice cream shop to lead the scoop team and ensure smooth daily operations. You will collaborate with the District Manager, coach staff, manage schedules, and uphold our fun, fast-paced service standards.

If you have prior supervision experience in food service, a positive attitude, and strong communication, you’ll thrive here. Weekend and evening availability is required as we keep the waffle-cone aroma flowing all day.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate the scoop squad through all product prep steps.
• Deliver top-tier customer service and create a fun guest experience.
• Manage shifts, schedules, and daily shop operations.
• Keep the shop clean, organized, and stocked to avoid outages of popular items.
• Handle inventory and ensure we never run out of fan favorites.
• Interact with customers and participate in scooping and service.
• Foster community relations and manage customer experience.
