Cold Stone Creamery is seeking a Team Member to deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment. You will prepare premium ice cream, take orders, handle transactions, and maintain store cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Accurately take customer orders and handle cash/card transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including workstations and dining areas.
• Restock ingredients, toppings, and supplies as needed.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Create a fun, engaging experience (including singing or interacting with customers when appropriate).
