oberweis is seeking a Store Manager for an ice cream shop to lead the team and ensure smooth daily operations. You will work closely with the District Manager, drive customer happiness, and maintain a fun, high-energy atmosphere.

The role emphasizes leading the scoop squad, delivering excellent service, managing shifts, inventory, and costs while keeping the shop clean and welcoming for all guests. Weekend and evening availability is required.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience (food service a plus!).
• A positive, upbeat attitude
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Lead, supervise, and train all employees in every phase of product preparation, including product portioning, packaging, and cleaning duties
• Manage cost controls and inventory.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Weekend and evening availability
