Job Description

Omni PGA Frisco Resort is seeking a friendly and efficient Ice Cream Shop Attendant (Part-time) at Margaret’s Cones & Cups to join our team. Our resort features 127,000 sq ft of event space, 13 food and beverage outlets, a luxurious spa, and a vibrant entertainment district. Margaret’s Cones & Cups is a retro ice cream shop serving cones, cups, coffee, and novelties.

This team member will serve guests by selling ice cream, coffee, sweet treats, and other items.

Responsibilities

• Answer guest questions about menu items.
• Brew gourmet coffee and specialty beverages.
• Serve ice cream.
• Upsell and suggest items to guests.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain a balanced bank.
• Provide information about the resort and entertainment district.

Qualifications

• Previous barista experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to bend, push, pull, and stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift at least 30 lbs.
• Food Handlers certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
