Graeters Ice Cream in Castle Shannon, PA is seeking an Assistant Manager for its retail location. The role focuses on leading a team to deliver excellent guest service, managing daily operations, and maintaining product quality and store presentation.

You will assist the Store Manager with staffing, inventory, ordering, and visual merchandising, while upholding Graeters standards and driving sales. This is a full-time, on-site position with benefits.

Qualifications

• Retail/supervisory experience (1–2 years) in a team of 5+ people.
• Ability to analyze sales data and read/instructions; write reports.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for 8+ hours.
