AUBI & RAMSA is seeking a reliable Ice Cream Maker to join our Miami, FL team. You will assist with preparing ice cream and frozen desserts, follow recipes, monitor texture and temperature, and help maintain sanitation and inventory in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires strong attention to quality, teamwork, and flexible availability, including evenings and weekends. Pay ranges from $25.00 to $30.00 per hour with on-the-job training and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in ice cream, bakery, food production, restaurant, or food-service is preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and sanitation practices.
• Ability to follow recipes, measurements, and production procedures accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and product quality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ice cream, frozen desserts, and related products according to established recipes.
• Measure and mix ingredients accurately to maintain consistent product quality.
• Operate ice cream machines, mixers, freezers, and other production equipment safely.
• Monitor product texture, temperature, consistency, and appearance.
• Prepare flavors, toppings, sauces, and other ingredients as needed.
• Portion, package, label, and store finished products properly; maintain clean production areas.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, counters, and workstations.
• Monitor ingredient supplies and communicate low-stock items to management.
• Receive, organize, and properly store ingredients and supplies when required.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, temperature-control, and workplace safety procedures.
• Check ingredients for freshness, quality, and proper storage.
• Assist with maintaining production and inventory records.
• Support team members during busy production and service periods.
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily cleaning duties.
• Perform additional responsibilities assigned by management.
