We are currently seeking an ICC-certified Electrician to support our growing portfolio of solar installations across the state.

Position Summary:
We are looking for a qualified Electrician with an active ICC Residential Electrical license to join our solar installation team. The role involves residential electrical work specific to solar photovoltaic systems, service panel upgrades, and ensuring compliance with municipal and utility requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and connect residential solar PV systems by NEC and local code requirements
• Perform main panel upgrades, meter socket replacements, and installation of disconnects and grounding
• Ensure all electrical work passes inspection by AHJs and utility providers
• Work closely with installation teams and project managers to complete projects efficiently
• Interpret and follow electrical diagrams and engineered plans
• Communicate with local building departments and inspectors as needed

Requirements:

• Valid ICC Residential Electrical License (required)
• Minimum 2 years of residential electrical experience, preferably in solar
• Familiarity with NEC and utility interconnection standards
• Ability to read electrical plans and wiring diagrams
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
