Job summary

Peerless Technologies seeks an Operational Test and Evaluation Ground Test and Planning Specialist to support ICBM OT&E activities, including development of ground test plans, test analysis, anomaly investigations, and technical reporting for the 576th Flight Test Squadron and AFGSC.

The role requires a TS clearance, 10 years of ICBM operations experience, and strong analytical and technical writing skills to coordinate test sequences, report results, and brief leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of ICBM operations experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of headquarters staff experience at the MAJCOM or NAF level.
• Minimum of 5 years of developmental and/or operational test and evaluation experience.
• Active Top Secret clearance and eligibility for CNWDI/RD/NC2-ESI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate test plans, sequences, performance reports and documentation for OT&E ground tests.
• Analyze test requirements and define mission scope, objectives, scenarios and procedures reflecting current ICBM operations.
• Program and operate MG and SDS systems for operational testing.
• Provide engineering and analytical support to anomaly investigation teams and recommend corrective actions.
• Process test data, conduct failure analysis and prepare technical reports of test results.
• Support test execution by monitoring requirements, compiling results and ensuring objectives are addressed.
• Provide mathematical, programming, engineering and analytical support for specialized test activities.
• Prepare and deliver technical briefings, reports and memorandums for mission-related documentation.
• Travel as required to support testing and mission requirements.
