Applied Research Associates, Inc. (ARA) seeks an experienced ICBM logistics/maintenance professional for Missile Maintenance Support at Barksdale AFB, LA. You will apply operational expertise to ICBM modernization, sustainment and future weapon systems, working with MAJCOM staff and major offices.

You will engage in data-driven analyses, customer coordination, and high-visibility projects for AFGSC. The role requires strong communication and program management skills within a defense environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years ICBM Logistics/Maintenance/Sustainment experience.
• Active/current clearance with ability to upgrade to Top Secret.
• Ability to manage and prioritize numerous assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including briefing and executive-level correspondence.

Responsabilités

• Advise AFGSC on ICBM Operational Test and Evaluation, stockpile management, codes issues and force structure.
• Develop and maintain relationships with AFNWC, AFGSC, and related offices.
• Meet with customers to assess satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Participate in high-visibility projects and special assignments for A4 leadership.
• Serve as SME on MMIII to Sentinel weapon system acquisition, sustainment and modernization.
• Lead studies and provide technical assistance on mission capabilities for ICBM maintenance processes.
• Oversee program operations for weapon system acquisition and sustainment.
• Draft policies and procedures to remove barriers and enhance DoD regulatory compliance.
• Develop ICBM configuration controls for data collection systems and depot maintenance guidelines.
• Conduct daily reviews of ICBM status against mission plans and orders.
• Use IMDS to analyze weapon system performance and identify constraints.
• Identify mitigations for weapon system shortfalls and readiness gaps.
