Job summary

Leidos in Columbia, MD seeks an Enterprise Identity and Credential Management Program Manager to lead ICAM modernization for DoW and Fourth Estate mission systems. You will direct program execution, governance, and stakeholder engagement across government partners to enable secure access and Zero Trust adoption.

The role requires strong leadership of multidisciplinary teams, PMP/RMP experience, and a proven ability to deliver on complex, security-critical IT programs.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Clearance or higher.
• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience managing complex IT/ICAM programs.
• Experience overseeing multidisciplinary technical teams and large-scale programs.
• PMP certification.
• Experience with ICAM governance and DoD reference designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day ICAM program execution from development through execution.
• Develop and maintain PMP, RMP, schedules, and performance metrics.
• Oversee teams responsible for identity lifecycle, credentialing, access control, and federation.
• Establish governance to meet cost, schedule, and technical objectives.
• Engage senior government stakeholders and provide program updates.
• Prepare executive briefings and manage workforce planning.
• Drive ICAM modernization aligned with Zero Trust initiatives.
