Job summary

Amyx, Inc. is seeking an ICAM/OIM Engineer in Reston, VA to design, implement, and sustain enterprise ICAM solutions for DoD stakeholders. You will work with application teams and cybersecurity professionals to enable secure identity lifecycle management, authentication, and access across mission systems.

The role emphasizes collaboration, platform modernization, and documentation, with a focus on IAM governance, federation, and scalable onboarding of enterprise applications.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years in engineering with IAM/ICAM experience.
• Experience supporting IAM governance, provisioning, and lifecycle.
• Experience with directory services, authentication, and federation.
• Strong written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• Ability to obtain and maintain IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive background.

Responsibilities

• Engineer, administer, and maintain enterprise ICAM solutions.
• Manage identity lifecycle, provisioning, deprovisioning, governance.
• Integrate applications with identity and access management services.
• Collaborate with owners to gather onboarding requirements.
• Support authentication, federation, and access controls.
• Troubleshoot identity and access issues across systems.
• Participate in platform modernization and enhancements.
• Support DoD enterprise identity initiatives and integrations.
• Create and maintain technical docs, runbooks, procedures.
• Execute testing and document results for deployments.
• Assist cybersecurity compliance activities and audits.
• Identify automation opportunities and process improvements.
• Coordinate with government and contractor stakeholders.
• Lead technical initiatives and mentor junior engineers.
