Job summary

Peraton in Herndon, VA seeks an Identity/Directory Services Administrator with TS/SCI clearance and Poly to design, implement, and secure enterprise directory services. The role focuses on ICAM, AD management, and policy enforcement to protect sensitive data across IT resources.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years relevant IT experience with a Bachelor's or equivalent.
• Strong working knowledge of Active Directory Domain Services and ICAM platforms.
• Experience with scripting/automation, Windows Server roles, PKI and security compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, and configure the directory services infrastructure for security, stability, and performance.
• Manage Active Directory and integrate with ICAM systems.
• Maintain and optimize ICAM and Directory Services for performance, availability and compliance.
• Manage user identities and access permissions across systems and applications.
• Create and manage identity and access management policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and security standards.
• Review, analyze, and audit systems and access logs regularly.
• Test and apply patches, updates, and upgrades to keep systems secure.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery procedures for directory services.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and mitigation actions.
• Provide training to users on ICAM policies and procedures.
• Enforce Multi-Factor Authentication for users.
• Travel may be required in NCR as needed.
