Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an experienced Communications Lead to oversee ICAM transformation communications for the VA Identity, Credential, and Access Management program. You will guide a team of analysts and specialists and coordinate across SharePoint, Teams, FAQs, and newsletters.

  • Experience developing and executing stakeholder communication strategies and satisfaction survey programs.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications or Marketing.

TheVAICAMprogramrequires communication strategies for effective, accurate, and timely ICAM updates, including through SharePoint, Teams, FAQs, and newsletters, a bi-monthly customer-satisfaction survey program, and communications- met rics reporting such as open rate, click rate, and page views, via the Quarterly ICAM Communications Report.

As a Communications Lead, you own the ICAM transformation communications sub-function, leading communications analysts and spe cia lists, under an Organizational Change Management Lead.

What You’ll Work On:
  • Develop and execute ICAM transformation communications strategy across SharePoint, Teams, FAQs, and newsletters.
