Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or closely related field.
• Experience in semiconductor systems engineering / space systems / power systems is preferred.
• Strong IC knowledge and ability to explain complex technical details to customers.

Responsibilities

• Define specifications for new IC products from concept through release.
• Lead customer-facing technical meetings and translate feedback into product requirements.
• Own datasheets, compliance matrices, and cross-team coordination (design/verification/test).
• Develop reference designs and system-level models (e.g., SPICE) for evaluation and adoption.

In this role you will define and negotiate new product specifications, own customer-facing datasheets from concept through release, lead spec compliance coordination across design/verification/test teams, and build reference designs and models (e.g., SPICE) to support evaluation and adoption.

This role would suit someone with strong IC knowledge who wants more technical ownership, direct customer impact, and ongoing development in a highly technical team.

The Role:

The Person:

• Strong communication skills and confidence presenting technical solutions to customers
