Two Six Technologies seeks an experienced Program Manager for an Intelligence Community program in Englewood, CO or Herndon, VA. This role oversees all program aspects, coordinating with the Technical Lead and Product Manager to ensure on-schedule software development aligned with client goals.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in managing complex programs with subcontractors, strong DevOps and AGILE experience, and the ability to clearly communicate with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex programs with multiple facets.
• Proven track record managing programs with subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of DevOps tools and capabilities.
• Experience in an AGILE environment and adapting AGILE to program needs.
• Able to communicate complex ideas clearly to senior leadership.
• Basic familiarity with government contracts, budgets, and staffing processes.
• Excellent organizational skills at program and individual levels.

Responsibilities

• Brief senior leadership on priorities, status, and resources.
• Staff and execute the program with subcontractors.
• Facilitate TEMs between Government Program Office and technical teams.
• Improve operations using AGILE principles and tools (JIRA, Confluence).
• Provide personnel management and career development for team members.
• Ensure financial and contractual documents and processes are followed.
