Two Six Technologies seeks a dynamic Program Manager for an Intelligence Community program. You will be the primary customer contact, overseeing strategy, contracts, risk, and execution with a team including a Technical Lead and Product Manager. Emphasis on Agile, DevOps, and delivering client goals.

Location options include Englewood, CO or Herndon, VA, with strong collaboration across government teams and subcontractors to ensure on-schedule software delivery and program success.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex, multi-faceted programs.
• Experience coordinating with subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of Agile methods and tailoring to program needs.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas to senior leadership.
• Familiarity with government contracts, budgets and staffing processes.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior leadership to brief on priorities, status, and resources.
• Staff and execute the program with a team of subcontractors.
• Conduct TEMs to discuss delivery issues with government program officials and our teams.
• Improve operations using Agile principles and tools used by the client.
• Provide personnel management and mentorship; guide career development.
• Ensure all financial and contractual documents are accurate and compliant.
