Job summary

Calpine is seeking a Journeyman-level maintenance technician to oversee the upkeep of electrical equipment and instrumentation at its Texas facility. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or technical training and 2–5 years in instrument/electrical and control systems, with experience in DCS programming.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine troubleshooting and use CMMS for maintenance planning and records.
• Keep logs, manuals and procedures organized and up to date.
