Job Overview

Allegro Home Delivery is a fast-growing company disrupting the last mile home delivery market. We are seeking an Owner Operator/Independent Service Provider Driving Team for appliance delivery and basic installation in Portland, OR. Appliances include refrigerators, freezers, ranges, hoods, microwaves, dishwashers, trash compactors, washers, dryers, and other home appliances.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and install appliances timely and accurately, with training opportunities available.
• Use basic tools for assembly, adjustment, and installation.
• Follow local codes and manufacturer instructions for installations.
• Provide excellent customer service and communication.
• Lift appliances weighing up to 70 lbs.

Requirements

• Operate a 26ft box truck with lift gate.
• Provide a two-person delivery team.
• Own personal tools.
• Hold LMS and CCB licenses, current COI, and active MC & DOT numbers with FMCSA.
• Have a valid SSN/FEIN and Driver’s License with a good driving record.
• Experience in appliance installation.
• Be at least 21 years old (18 if non-driver).
