Appliance Delivery Driver/Installer

Allegro Home Delivery is a fast-growing company beginning to disrupt the last mile home delivery market. Allegro Home Delivery is looking for an Owner Operator/Independent Service Provider Driving Team for appliance delivery routes with basic hook up, in and around the Huntsville, AL area. Appliances being installed can range from refrigerators, freezers, ranges, hoods, microwave ovens, dishwashers, trash compactors, washers, dryers, and other home appliances.

Schedule: Monday-Saturday

Location: Huntsville, AL

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Timely, accurate delivery & installation of appliances. Training opportunities available.
2. Select and use basic tools to assemble, adjust and install various appliances.
3. Must be able to follow installation local codes & instructions as per manufacturer specifications to complete installation.
4. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
5. Must be able to lift 70 lbs.

Requirements:

1. 26ft box truck with lift gate.
2. Provide a two-person delivery team.
3. Must have personal set of tools.
4. Active MC & DOT number with the FMCSA (We can direct you to the appropriate parties to get these requirements in order!).
5. Valid SSN/FEIN.
6. Current COI.
7. Drivers will need a valid Driver’s License with good driving record.
8. Appliance installation experience required.
9. Must be 21 years of age, 18 if non-driver.

Final candidates will be required to complete a background check.
