Competenze
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
- 5–10 years of middleware engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on IBM MQ administration experience.
- Experience with Native HA MQ and production middleware operations.
- Knowledge of Linux administration and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and OpenShift is a plus.
- Experience with modernization and containerization of MQ platforms.
- Automation and scripting for middleware operations.
