Job summary

Intellibee is seeking an experienced IBM BPM Platform Engineer in Chicago to manage and optimize enterprise IBM BPM/BAW environments. The role emphasizes platform administration, deployment support, and performance optimization for high availability of critical business processes.

You will administer IBM BPM/BAW across dev to prod, support releases, tune REST/SOAP integrations, and coordinate with DevOps for scalable, secure BPM platforms with strong governance and support docs.

Qualifications

Strong experience in IBM BPM/IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) platform engineering and administration.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain IBM BPM/BAW environments across dev, QA, UAT, and prod.
Manage deployments of BPM applications, process apps, toolkits, and artifacts.
Coordinate with DevOps for releases, builds, packaging, and rollback planning.
Design and maintain highly available, scalable BPM platform environments.
Tune WAS, JVM, and database configurations for performance.
Provide L2/L3 platform support and incident resolution across environments.
Assist in integrating IBM BPM with enterprise apps and middleware.
Implement security, compliance, and governance for BPM platforms.
