Job summary

BP3 is seeking an experienced Developer skilled in IBM BAW to migrate and rebuild BAW applications for client projects. You will collaborate with BP3 teammates and client stakeholders to ensure quality, timely delivery and continuous improvement of BAW solutions.

The role requires hands-on development, strong architectural understanding of BAW, and the ability to communicate clearly and build trusted relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• Experience developing for IBM BAW (Business Automation Workflow).
• Migration and rebuild of BAW applications for clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients.

Responsibilities

• Migrate from Legacy Human Services to Client-Side Human Services (CSHS).
• Develop applications for IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW).
• Collaborate with teammates and clients to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Contribute to documentation, runbooks, and knowledge transfer.
• Hands-on BAW development and troubleshooting.
• Coach and UI development for client-side human services.
• Troubleshoot and modify existing process applications.
• Prioritize effectively and work independently.
