Job summary

Pennsylvania Counseling Services is hiring a full-time IBHS Program Administrator for our Children’s Services office. This leadership role supports administrative functions of the Intensive Behavioral Health Services program and helps ensure high-quality service delivery across home, school, and community settings.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in human services, excellent administrative and organizational skills, and the ability to manage day-to-day program operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in the Human Services field.
• IBHS program experience preferred but not required.
• Valid Driver's License.
• PA State Police Criminal History Check.
• PA Child Abuse Clearance.
• FBI Clearance completed through the Department of Human Services.

Responsibilities

• Orient new staff to policy and procedures.
• Maintain program licensing compliance.
• Maintain day-to-day administrative operations.
• Supervise and assist with hiring for positions within your office.
• Review and sign off on treatment plans.
• Provide interagency meetings.
• Oversee the processing of client intakes and discharges.
• Assign cases to employees.

IBHS serves children who need individual therapeutic assistance, with a focus on delivering comprehensive, individualized, and behaviorally focused treatmentthat supports children in reaching their potential across the home, school, and communitysettings.
