Job summary

Chimes-Holcomb is hiring for an Intensive Behavioral Health Services program supervisor in Pennsylvania. You will provide clinical supervision, ensure compliance with standards, and oversee operations and staff development within a not-for-profit setting.

Qualifications include a Master’s in behavioral health, at least three years post-degree experience, supervisory responsibilities, and PA licensure. Clearances and strong collaboration with community partners are required.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a clinical behavioral health discipline from an accredited college or university (or evaluated foreign equivalent) with a minimum of three years of post-degree experience in behavioral health
• One year of progressive supervisory responsibility
• At least one year of direct mental health services to children, youth, or young adults
• Active Pennsylvania licensure in LPC, LCSW, LSW, psychologist, psychiatrist, CRNP with mental health certification, marriage and family therapist, or licensed behavior specialist with a scope of IBHS supervision
• Clearances: PA Child Abuse, criminal clearance, fingerprint-based federal history; no Medicaid/Medicare exclusions

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to program staff (individual and group) and maintain 24-hour availability for emergency consultation
• Offer backup supervisory support to other programs as needed
• Ensure all program services comply with recovery and cultural competency principles, licensing standards, contractual requirements, and agency policies
• Collect and assess outcome data, conduct continual program evaluation, and develop performance improvement strategies
• Oversee staff development through regular meetings, in-service training, and performance feedback; assist supervisor in developing the annual program plan
• Manage program operations including budget oversight, documentation of compliance indicators, community and interagency relations, and development of formal proposals to address program needs
