Britt Medical Search is seeking a full-time BC/BE Gastroenterologist to serve as Inflammatory Bowel Disease Medical Director, located just northwest of Boston, MA. You will lead an IBD-focused team of gastroenterologists and APRs, supported by a nurse navigator, IBD clinic pharmacy, and a research coordinator, driving program growth and high-quality patient care while engaging in academic activities.

Compensation ranges from $425k to $550k per year with comprehensive benefits, relocation

Responsabilités

• Lead a specialized team of IBD-focused gastroenterologists and advanced practice providers with support from nurse navigator, IBD clinic pharmacy, and research coordinator
• Collaborate with colorectal surgeons, dietitians, and behavioral health providers
• Protected time for research and administrative duties
• Active involvement in research and academic activities
