Job summary

CompHealth is seeking a gastroenterologist in New Orleans to join an IBD-focused practice with no general GI duties.

You will work with a dedicated IBD clinic team and collaborate with colorectal surgery, GI pathology, and GI radiology. Schedule is Monday–Friday, with shared call; optional clinical research and teaching opportunities with academic affiliation.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible gastroenterologist.
• IBD fellowship training preferred.
• Experience in an IBD-focused clinic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide IBD-focused gastroenterology care with no general GI duties.
• Join a collegial group of GI physicians and dedicated support staff.
• Engage in optional clinical research and teaching opportunities with academic affiliation.
• Coordinate with colorectal surgery, GI pathology, and GI radiology as needed.
