Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking an IBD Finance FP&A Specialist (Associate/Director) to drive oversight of CCAR submission, quarterly stress test processes, and annual budget activities. The role partners with ISG FP&A groups and other corporate teams to improve models, data, and governance processes.

With 4+ years of relevant experience and a finance/accounting background, you will forecast and analyze performance, ensuring adherence to risk and regulatory standards while delivering concise insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.
• At least 4 years' relevant experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills.
• Experience with governance, CCAR, and stress testing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with other FP&A groups and ISG Finance product controllers on model and data enhancements.
• Develop risk & control frameworks, manage governance documentation, policies, and procedures as required for QST / annual CCAR.
• Assist with facilitating governance meetings and coordinate with Corporate FP&A, Risk, and business management teams to perform governance and control related tasks.
• Evaluate and streamline processes and control frameworks to ensure efficiency and compliance with internal governance standards.
• Perform a wide variety of analyses and forecasting exercises as required.
• Adhere to the Firm's risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls; proactively identify ways to reduce risk in work.
• Act as a culture carrier; embody and set an example of the Firm's values and hold yourself and others accountable to Firm standards.
