Job summary

MNGI Digestive Health in the Minneapolis–St. Paul metro area seeks a Board Certified or Board Eligible Gastroenterologist with an emphasis on IBD care. This is a full-time, on-site role in Eagan, MN with a Monday–Friday schedule, hospital coverage, and on-call rotations to support patient care.

The position offers 50%–70% focus on IBD, a mix of outpatient, virtual, inpatient, and procedural work, and a path toward shareholder status, with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology.
• Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
• DEA certification or ability to obtain.
• J-1 Visa sponsorship not available.
• Starting salary range: $400,000–$550,000 annually.
• Must meet credentialing/privileging criteria.

MNGI Digestive Health (MNGI) is a physician-owned, independent gastroenterology practice based in the Twin Cities, specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of GI issues and disorders in adults and children.

We are currently seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Gastroenterologist with a focus in IBD (adults) to join our collaborative and innovative care team.

Position Overview:

• Shareholder Track – 2-year path to shareholder status
• Monday–Friday Schedule with hospital coverage and on-call rotations
